At Al Jaami , we leave no stone unturned to avail you the best products and services. However, at times circumstances may come that you wish to cancel or have a refund on your order. To ensure you attain the utmost satisfaction from our services, we would like to share with you our cancellation and refund policy, considering some frequently raised questions. Let’s start:

On the off chance if you feel the need to put such a request, kindly do so within 24 hours of making the purchase.
FOR INSIDE AND OUT CANCELLATIONS BY YOU:
– If you scratch off your request before your product gets delivered, we will refund the entire sum. However, if by any means the cancellation is after your item has been sent:
– It will be qualified for substitution, just in situation, there is any flaw found with the item or mistakenly we sent a wrong item.
Our policy lasts 6 days after the orders have been delivered. Beyond that, you are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed ( depends on what you purchased ) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging ( box if it is an attar or bakhoor or likewise product .) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or torn, would not be eligible for return.
We offer the first exchange free of cost once the items are checked not to be damaged, If a further exchange is required a nominal fee which will be the shipping charges will be charged from the customer’s end, if the particular size of Cap and design ( or in case of attar, the required one ) is available in stock.
The Combo items will be returned or exchanged only when self-shipped by the customer or can be processed by us if the customer is paying for courier charges.
The Items on Sale will not be returned. They can be exchanged only if the customer pays the shipping.
We shall make a refund just the way we receive the payment. The process may take 10-14 working days counting from the date of the cancellation request.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
A refund after the exchange has been done does not apply to any item.
We are not liable to refund any shipping amount. Only the product cost will be refunded.
The price for the items on sale will not be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
It usually takes 7-14 days for the refund to be credit back to your card, if it’s taking longer than that then please let us know at email@example.com
